Update multinode documentation #162

I deployed multinode as a fresh user recently and this commit includes some README explanations that would make my life easier when doing that.

@EmilienM: I also got a suggestion to do this one the node after installation. Is it valid and required?

ovs-vsctl set Open_vSwitch . external-ids:ovn-cms-options="enable-chassis-as-gw,availability-zones=central"

Yes it's valid and required if we use OVN. Please add it.
