camera not always behaves #116

It seems that it is not always assured that the camera doesn't duplicate 
images. Not only, we also had a case in which the camera would only create the 
image in the DCIM folder, and not the one asked from geopap.

It is necessary do some checks and:
- check if the wanted image was created
- check if there is a duplicated one and remove it
- if the wanted was not created, copy the one created from DCIM
