Using notification area #128

I'd like Geopaparazzi to use the notification area to know it's running in 
background.
Perhaps should visualize the icon and what services are running (example: 
Logging is on, Current position is).

In the end I decided to use the map area instead of throwing around 
notifications.
In the upper left corner of the map there is a small triangle that keeps track 
of the status of the gps. It has the exact same colors as the gps icon in the 
dashboard status bar.
Hope that is ok for everyone.
