GPS status not always correct

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open existing project or start new
2.Go to record new note
3.This will sometimes work, and sometimes will say "This function is availible 
only when the gps is active...." 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? See below...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest from android play, 3.2.3, on a Samsung G3 (verizon)

Greetings all, and thanks for a good product. I'm having problems ever since 
moving up to the 3.2 series, this was not seen in 3.1. The GPS will not stay 
locked in the program, and I will frequently get the error message above while 
working. Clicking on the GPS icon brings up the GPS status program, and the 
phone always has a lock, it just seems like the program 'forgets' that it does. 
Often it will come back after a couple of minutes, but sometimes I need to exit 
the program and restart. Help!

This has been fixed. Will be testing a bit and then release it in 3.2.4 in the 
market.
