add option to correct the elevation of gps points with online services #94

This could be done from the list view. A user could simply select som etracks 
and ask to correct its points. 

Some possibilities here could be (thanks Giohappy):
http://www.earthtools.org/webservices.htm#height  (non GTOPO ma SRTM, mi ero 
confuso)
http://open.mapquestapi.com/elevation/

I suppose for google maps you need a license.

this will not be done. There is no service available that really permits this 
in a free and open way. If one should appear, we will rethink this issue.
