Popping in Locking view #6

When you double tap and the camera locks to an axis, it pops in a little during rotation, and then pops back and the end. There's something wrong with the math here.

Actually, I think this is an issue with the translation missing the last increment. It's not present in the axes locking mode because we're applying it.
