Separate PDF for Individual Chapter #42

This downloads the separate PDF for each chapter, is it possible to add support for a single combined pdf?

Well it's same as chapters are organised in educative. You can always merge them later using some online tool or you are welcome to implement it and raise a PR. But mostly separate pdf does the job.
