[Steam Deck] Can't change path of GCI folder #143

This is an issue from older versions of Dolphin that were fixed more recently, but the path for the GCI folder in the GameCube settings tab cannot be changed. The three dots next to the folder are greyed out. Even before Dolphin fixed this option in the GUI, however, it was still possible to change the folder path by adding GCIFolderAPath = [path] under [Core] in Dolphin.ini. However, doing this with PrimeHack's config file still does nothing (e.g. in mine it's set to GCIFolderAPath = /home/deck/Games/Dolphin/data/dolphin-emu/GC/, yet nothing happens and it still thinks I have no saves).
