Fix updated Darling Steam builds #16

Following up from the email I sent I managed to find a good signature which works across S;G, Phenogram and Darling (up to date versions). Unfortunately Darling and LBP still display kanji incorrectly due to a different charset. Fixes #4

If you plan to include the updated charset for these games, let me know. Otherwise I can merge this in. I don't exactly have a way of testing this, as I've nuked my windows environment, and don't have the up-to-date copies of said games, so I'm relying on someone else to test this for validation.
