"Settings (smz)" Noise setting issues #84

If you select any of the rng options and bypass the corresponding node after creating an image at least once, the image will change even if the image creation is the same seed value. This problem can only be resolved by restarting comfyui.

And this is not an issue, but why is the cpu setting of the rng option different from the image creation of the default comfyui?

There's an issue in ComfyUI where it doesn't actually respect the seed/RNG device generator. In the meantime, I've fixed it, and anyone who installs this node suite will benefit.
