Authentication unnecessary required when client connects to the load balancer server #50

The server that just returns 300 ALTERNATE-SERVER response, requires 
authentication in pretty much the same way as the "real" server. This is 
allowed by the RFC 5389, but this is unnecessary and it may complicate the 
setup.
