能够单独安装kubeflow pipeline么 #57

想要单独安装kubeflow V0.5里的pipeline，请问下通过这个脚本的修改能够实现么？

@ChenhanXmu 你可以手动apply manifest 下面 pipeline相关的yaml 应该就可以了

看起来是一定得装istio了？

@ChenhanXmu virtualservice 应该是只是用来做路由转发的，如果你没有网页需求这个应该不影响，pipelines-ui和 tensorboard 这些也可以不装。

我只需要访问kubeflow pipeline的前端界面就行了，我把pipeline-ui直接手动改成nodeport的访问模式，但是还是打不开，我看pipeline-ui的pod是running的
