After upload, things are not obvious #80

After native post upload button is clicked, Take the user to home screen and insert his/her posted post at the top of the viewport. Also, give a delete button if they want to delete it right away.

Right now give a pop-up saying "Your tipoff was uploaded! It will appear shortly in listing."
