Sections not ordered in pageview

Currently pages are ordered by page number correctly in the pageview branch, but sections and subsections are not.

Arg, also the controller is not checking whether there are pages under sections or root...

This functionality probably overlaps with treeview

This has been resolved, it was a problem with the previous method of ordering the linked list for a section.
