Hey Shikha, could you please assign me this issue. Actually, I think I can contribute to all your issues! This repository is a god-sent. I've been trying to find something suitable for my first PR and this place is a goldmine! I'm Shrita btw. :))

Hello!

I added a couple more organizations to the README for Hacktoberfest: Rails Girls & Ada's List. PR is already up!
