What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Being able to use a dataset full of lat/long coordinates in GoogleVis.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Being able to import a file with lat/long coordinates into googlevis and being 
able to plot data onto that file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gvis newest edition on RStudio 0.98.977 on Windows 7 Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.
I have two files, one of the counties and one of the towns in the state of 
Vermont and I am trying to use those files as a base to put in data about the 
certain counties and towns, like the differences of voters in each county.
