[x] Switch to Enmap w/ MongoDB, release notes coming shortly. There may be a few bugs as its the beta release.
[x] Document the 2.0.0-beta Release/update README.
[ ] Cleanup & publish to npm, releases page.

This has been deployed on the public KarmaBot for ~48 hours now, and I've had no indications of stability issues. The database (we use a Google Compute MongoDB Atlas 3-Cluster) operates fine, and things look good. The bot is also significantly faster with concurrent lookups/setting with Enmap/Mongo.

I'll finish up the documentation, and pending any serious issues/our CI/code quality checks, merge this within 12-24 hours.

Merging this for now, will have the release notes shortly. Docs are basically updated - as it states if anyone needs more assistance with switching to Mongo, feel free to contact me (.vlexar#0001 on Discord) or just open an issue here.

Once the release is published on GitHub (it'll be a proper tagged release to v2.0.0 now), I'll push the release to npm. As noted this has now been on the public bot for ~5 days and there aren't any issues. 🙂
