Colleges have multiple entries in CollegeFilterDialog #17

Some colleges (e.g. Grinnell) have multiple rows in the college filter dialog box. This appears to be due to them have submitted different domains for the email domain or web domain (e.g. cs.grinnell.edu and math.grinnell.edu).
