I stopped to play game and update scripts a year ago. As I know someone forked them on github and kept them up to date with game changes. There are game IDs for events, quests ect. and developers could change logic for them so even if you set parameters right script will not work as intended.
If you know javascript and want to change script youself I can drop some tips how it works. In nutshell script uses existing game objects to send commands to server. As for you question about public raids you need to know raids ID and change "raidsFilterList" parameter to join them and "questsList" to start them.

Sorry for asking, but "KamiHime quests auto start test" is a little complicated for me to understand. I know that I need to replace the ID.
