Command line arguments are not being handled properly #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run ./cssjanus --

The rtl.css will contain the usage output rather than converted CSS.

Using r28 from SVN on OS X Leopard.

I applied the attached patch which solved the issue for me - but please
understand I am rather noobish in python.
