Voicemail: Menu entry "choose_greeting" is not played

Main menu -> 3 Config menu plays 1 (record_greeting), 3 (record_name), 4 (change_password) and 5 (main_menu) but not 2 (choose_greeting)

Currently the greeting is chosen based on what is available:

• the recorded greeting, if any
• the recorded name, if any
• the number, otherwise.

I'm closing this one. If we need an option for multiple greetings we'll add it as a new feature.
