Voicemail: when "do_not_record" = true, notification email is sent #27

2 possibilities :

Add a new email template to notify the user that someone called but was not able to leave a vocal message because of the "do_not_record".
Do not send email when "do_not_record" = true

Maybe a 3rd solution : allow the configuration for the user (choice between sending a dedicated email notification or not)

You should not set email_notifications (in the voicemail_settings record) if you do not want emails sent out. That solves your 2nd and 3rd options. :)

I added a new template name voicemail_notification_do_not_record to the existing voicemail_notification_with_attachment and voicemail_notification.
