Locations replications not a valid option #53

Replication of the location databases lead to a centralized locations database which is difficult to manage.

This needs to be replaced with unified views across the multiple, local databases.

Currently using AMQP + MI access to opensips.

However we're missing critical data (received, callid) which was previously available. => need to modify opensips code to use in-memory (e.g. redis) for save("location").
