Add footnotes support #31

This PR adds footnotes syntax support.

Hi @eugen0329 - I am personally against having footnote support since GitHub does not support it currently per https://stackoverflow.com/a/25584585.

That makes sense, but footnotes is too powerful feature to just ignore it.

How about providing some sort of parameter like --footnotes to toggle the feature and maintain flavored markdown compatibility?

Sorry for closing this PR, but we're trying to mimic Github's implementation as close as possible. We're not gonna add it until it's supported by Github.
