用户头像bug，localhost:8888/static/user/admin.png不能访问到头像，应该是http://localhost:8888/user/admin.png ，删除/static

如果你是用作开发/static需要，因为在vue访问时没有/static找不到图片 如果是展示，后端static文件夹作者已经打包了静态资源，/static可以删去
