Xfwm4: Remove pixel from edge on maximized windows #7

Albatross still continues to be my favorite Xfce theme. :)

There's something that always bothered me tho. Maximized windows (with "Hide frame of windows when maximized" checked) retain a 1px border on their scrollbars. As a consequence, I can't slam my mouse cursor to the right edge and start using the scrollbar, but have to move away from the edge again a bit.

This could be improved.

Just checked master again and this seems fixed. Yay! :)
