Added thumbnail for metacity theme #25

Cinnamon would not show a preview of bluebird window decoration without a thumbnail.png

Second commit is actually a new file, clicked ok too fast. metacity-theme-3.xml is a copy of metacity-theme-2.xml - which enables bluebird window decoration on cinnamon
