Fix GTK3 dark colors #266

The GTK 3.0 version of Greybird-dark has slightly different colors than the xfwm4 version: the dark window color does not match the titlebar.

This has already been fixed in Greybird-Geeko, so this is mainly a backport of its adjustments: https://github.com/shimmerproject/Greybird-Geeko/commit/2b93a31cbcc0757bd342f145a856ad4675c78f10

@ochosi what do you think? it would certainly be easier than modifying the xfwm images. OTOH it changes the tone to green instead of blue...

Regardless of what the tone will be, it should be consistent, and at least for GTK 2 it is already #3b3e3f...
