Progress bars look strange when unfocused #284

See the attached video, demonstrating the behavior in pavucontrol and gtk3-widget-factory.

test

When a window is unfocused, the corners of the progress bars become distorted. In the case of pavucontrol, the bar seems to shrink.

Tested on master (55c7a773)
