Within the theme folder, the following themes use the wrong folder names.
Accessibility -> Greybird-accessibility/xfwm4-a11y Compact -> Greybird-compact/xfwm4-compact

Greybird-compact/xfwm4-compact
Same applies to the dark variants. The xfwm4 folders retain their hyphenated names so they do not show up in xfwm4-settings.

This may be a distro-specific thing. I'm using the latest Xubuntu with the Xfce/Xubuntu Daily and Staging PPAs.
