Apps: New Xfburn icon #439

Uses animations/48/brasero-disc-60 animation step as base, updated with newer borders and palette.

Fixes #207

Wasn't sure if using an animation as an app icon was a great choice, I tried this one and Disc + Fire (from the Firewall icon), and I liked this one better.

I've been on the fence about this one, but it does feel like an improvement and fits an existing, similar use case. Let's roll with it!
