Update disc-based device icons for data and audio. These are used for both device icons, and as action icons for some apps (like Xfburn).
These all use the newer emblems and semi-transparent borders, so they should look better on dark themes. Audio disc at 16px uses only the music note as there wasn't enough room to fit the full emblem.
