Apps: Remove unused symlinks #460

These names have been replaced by FreeDesktop.org Icon Spec names, I could find no place where these old names are still used:

browser (use web-browser instead)
file-manager (use system-file-manager instead)
locale (use preferences-desktop-locale instead)
text-editor (use accessories-text-editor instead)

Apps no longer developed:

ogmrip (last release in 2015, not available in any major repository)

Old app icon names or not used:

Thunar (use org.xfce.thunar for Xfce 4.16 on)
org.xfce.xfmpc (uses multimedia-player in its .desktop file) Renamed a few of these symlinks to gtkpod since that one was missing some sizes (though gtkpod should probably use its own app icon and not a device icon)
