Awesome @tashrifbillah! As an input, we will have a matlab vector array containing ( x , y , z , nAcquitions , echoes ). The goal is to create fieldmaps so as an output we would have ( x , y , z , nAcquitions ). The output might be different depending on how the paper uses the acquisitions to generate the data but it should look like this. We are working in parallel to develop a numerical model dataset to have more data. You can use the general information and ressources section in the kanban board to look how to use /example/experiment.m. to get things started.

SWFM is a B0 mapping algorithm proposed by Fatnassi et al. which uses a modified four-quadrant arctangent function that includes magnitude signal decay weighting factors to calculate a phase difference map. Any remaining phase wraps within the phase difference map can be spatially unwrapped.
