Have test reports and code coverage reports on azure #157

CI is set up but functionalities are currently not supported. Matlab CI can create test reports and code coverage reports. The files currently get generated locally on tristano but don't get uploaded anywhere so they are not useful. These reports could provide insights on potential bugs.
