Set up website boilerplate #1

Just throw some boilerplate into the repo. Pretty straightforward (hopefully)

Decided to go with gatsby for the templating stuffs. First looked at hexo since I had used it a little before but based off the themes it seemed like it was more geared towards blogs. So after doing some research gatsby looked like the better choice.
