そろそろカバレッジ計測入れます。

gemspecがMetrics/BlockLengthに引っかかったので除外
- DSLで複雑にはならないし長くなるのは仕方ないので
simplecovはspec_helperのat the very topにと書かれているのでbundler/setupよりも上にした
ついでにspec/supportディレクトリを作ってVCRの設定を移した
