User page should be a place for users to:

[x] Display all algorithms
[x] Filter posts by category
[ ] Filter posts by recent, oldest, etc.
[ ] Search through posts
[ ] View overall stats (followers, following, likes, # of posts completed)
[ ] View their bookmarks and friends
[ ] quick edit posts? (optional)
