Consider drop 32-bit builds #592

No..this project doesnt depend on msys2 so no issue building for 32bit

But it is to be expected that build/runtime errors will become more and more frequent

The only error come from 32bit caused by using old i686 as target arch. Now it used prescot arch which support sse, mmx etc
