luajit: switch to cmake #625

That fork is just plain utf-8 + cmake changes, slap over original luajit. Openresty's luajit contain more optimization and bugfixes which is not available on original luajit repo.

That being said, that utf-8's changes on that fork is almost similar to the current patch in this repo, so it should be possible to apply on openresty's luajit
