Add ability to like/comment on accounts I'm Following #23

It would be great if we could like/comment on accounts that we're following, not just accounts who follow us.

@datslo The script is designed to like/comment on an account you specify. It doesn't check if the account is your follower, or a one you're following. This is also a good suggestion and will be added.
