add in a form with function to edit map visually (I call it visual MAP editor) with following functions:

[1 ] able to edit one layer transfered from Hex editor
[2 ] able to edit the full room transfered from the list form
[3 ] able to add a full room by once transfered from the list form
[4 ] able to edit the camera control visually
[5 ] able to save a full room after editing
