error while running LRscaff #26

Hello, I am trying LRscaf with a set of PacBio reads (corected and no corrected). I mapped these reads on the genome with minimap2 (v2.17). Bu t when running LRScaf , I got the following error :

2020-11-30 15:39:05 [ ERROR ] agis.ps.file.M4Reader On lines: 1 For input string: "xfSc0000457" 2020-11-30 15:39:05 [ ERROR ] PathBuilder ： The Edges could not be empty!

It looks like that the tool is not able to read the aln file. Do you know why ?

OK, got it. I used the m4 tag instead of mm. Sorry for the inconvenience.
