Fix newer versions of Java and g++ #44

Java 9 made _ a keyword, so instances of _ are changed to __ so that Java 9 is supported.
Changed g++-6 to g++ to support g++ version 7 and newer.
Increases constexpr loop limit so tests will pass with g++ >= 7

Ah, I found you are one of the member of the tetris on life challenge. Perhaps you are looking at ELVM to see if it's possible to add lifegame backend? If so, that would be fantastic.

@shinh Yes, that is my intention. I plan on writing a Cogol backend.
