As a admin, I want documentation on how exactly the rules work and their limitations

We should document the max amount of time the rules can run, what they can do, and how you can do different actions.

• When do these rules run? before and after create, read, update, and delete
• How does the order play into the order they run in? Order dicates the order they run in.
• What happens if a rule is missing details? They are skipped but we should make that clear what details does that.
• What limits are in these rules? 10-second limit by lambda,
• Show example rules to;
  • Stop the current db action (not ready as code is not in place to abort insert/update/delete/read)
  • Create a second record from the first
  • Send an email (not ready as we dont connect to any email service yet)
