Shinken WebUI should support non declared nagios contact #203

Hello,

It would be very interesting for us that Shinken WebUI support non declared contact on nagios configuration.

In my nagios installation, I use a WebSSO (LemonLDAP::NG) which handle authentication. On Nagios side I allow erveybody granted by WebSSO to access all configuration (in cgi.cfg I have * as like in authorized_for_all_services=*)

It won't manage non contacts in the end, but we can think about a mapping thing (user X -> contact Y);
