Insane speed in the Chinese Castlevania 1 #59

The one that uses Sharp X68K sprites, that is. It is running INSANELY fast, whereas in Kemulator 1.0.3 included in Kahvibreak it runs at optimal speed at 15 Max FPS.

It seems Kemnmod applies a frameskip whenever Max FPS is lowered, which means that even setting Max FPS to 15 in it is causing the game to just skip 3/4 of the frames.

I have reported this some time ago, and the consensus was that even on some real devices it runs at faster than intended speed. However I didn't take into consideration that the KEmnn FPS limiter doesn't actually limit the speed in this specific game. This was in part because (what appears to be) the original dump of the game has the "_bb" intro attached that runs at game startup, which freezes the original KEmulator versions. I presume that Kahvibreak has a hacked version of the game with the intro stripped out or something.
