TerminateException / Frames didn't arrive within 5000 / Input/output error #3

Hello, More and more frequently I've been getting this error. The reason I'm confused about this error is that it sometimes occurs and sometimes doesn't when I don't change any code. Any insights?

Never mind, I think my cable between the camera and computer may have been acting up.
