Add chat interface using Flask

Implement a front-end chat interface using Flask and mock chat functionality with generative AI.

• app.py:

  • Add a new route /chat to serve the chat interface.
  • Implement mock chat functionality using generative AI in the /chat route.
  • Update imports to include render_template, request, and jsonify.

• templates/chat.html:

  • Create a new template for the chat interface.
  • Include responsive design elements.
  • Add a form for user input and a display area for chat messages.
  • Implement JavaScript to handle form submission and display mock AI responses.

• README.md:

  • Update to include details on the chat interface design and usage.
  • Add a new section for the chat interface under "Features".
  • Provide instructions on how to access and use the chat interface.
