Define requirements for simple todo application

Add functionality for a simple todo application with CRUD operations, HTML templates, and unit tests.

• README.md: Add instructions on setting up the virtual environment, installing dependencies, and running the Flask application.
• src/app.py: Create a basic Flask application with a single route for the homepage and ensure the application runs locally.
• src/models.py: Design a simple database schema for storing todo items using SQLite.
• src/routes.py: Create routes and views for Create, Read, Update, and Delete operations for todo items.
• HTML Templates:
  • templates/index.html: Create an HTML template for displaying todo items using Jinja2 and style it with basic CSS.
  • templates/add.html: Create an HTML template for adding todo items using Jinja2 and style it with basic CSS.
  • templates/edit.html: Create an HTML template for editing todo items using Jinja2 and style it with basic CSS.
• Unit Tests:
  • tests/test_app.py: Set up unit tests for the application using pytest and write tests for the CRUD operations.
